QESCO complaint helpline, email and online portal
If you have a billing dispute, outage report, or service complaint with QESCO (Quetta Electric Supply Company) in Quetta, Gwadar, Sibi or nearby districts, the channels below go directly to the subdivision office and helpline handling your area — not a general WAPDA switchboard.
Direct channels
- Emergency (24/7): Dial 118 from any Pakistani mobile.
- Complaint helpline: 081-9202955
- Email: [email protected]
- Online complaint portal: https://www.qesco.com.pk/ComplaintRegistration.aspx
What to have ready
Provide your 14-digit reference number (top of any previous bill), the billing month you are disputing, and a short description of the problem (high bill, wrong meter reading, no supply, or faulty meter). A photo of the meter reading and the bill helps the complaint officer verify quickly. If you do not have a paper bill, get a fresh copy from our QESCO bill check.
Escalation if QESCO does not respond
- Pakistan Citizen Portal (PMDU) — Run by the Prime Minister's Delivery Unit, this portal takes grievances against any DISCO, WAPDA, or NEPRA in one place. File here and you get a reference ID to track, and the complaint is routed to whichever department actually owns it.
- WAPDA Complaints — WAPDA is the parent authority behind dams and power generation, not billing. Go here only if your issue traces back to generation-level problems rather than your local distribution company.
- NEPRA Consumer Complaints — NEPRA is the regulator, and it's your next stop once your DISCO has missed its deadline to resolve a complaint. It has the power to order relief, refunds, or penalties against the DISCO.
