Electricity New Connection Services
The tools below cover most of what the ENC portal does — applying for a new connection, tracking a filed application, and handling demand notices — without you having to hunt through the government site's own menus.
Every result here is pulled live from the official enc.com.pk portal — we don't store or cache application data. MEPCO customers sit outside this system: use the MEPCO Smart App or visit a CFC instead.
Track Application
Already applied? Enter your Tracking ID or CNIC to see where a new connection or change request stands right now.
Open →Apply — New Connection
Start a fresh electricity connection application for LESCO, GEPCO, PESCO, HESCO, SEPCO, QESCO, TESCO or HAZECO.
Open →Change of Name / Tariff / Load
Move ownership, switch tariff category, or raise the sanctioned load on a connection you already hold.
Open →Print Application Form
Pull a printable copy of a form you already submitted, using the Tracking ID it was filed under.
Open →Print Demand Notice
Get a hard copy of the Demand Notice (DN) issued for your new connection or change application.
Open →Pay Demand Notice (LESCO)
Settle a Demand Notice online — this payment tool currently works for LESCO customers only.
Open →Upload Paid Demand Notice
Already paid at the bank? Upload the receipt here to move a new connection or change application forward.
Open →Supported Distribution Companies
These eight DISCOs route through the shared ENC system. IESCO and FESCO run their own separate portals, and MEPCO isn't on ENC at all.
